Monarch education is currently hiring for a Qualified Teaching Assistant to welcome into a busy and welcoming primary school in the Telford area starting from September 2024. We are looking for someone who can boost each individual student's development and build their confidence when they're in school.
Job roles include but aren't limited too:
- Putting together activities based on what the children are being taught about at that time.
- Be able to support children individually where areas of development and support is needed.
- Observe each individual students' performance and relay information to the teacher and parents.
- Providing a safe learning environment for the students.
- Help with extra curriculum things such as sports clubs.
The ideal candidate will hold:
- Teaching Assistant level 2 qualification
- Experience in a UK school setting
