Primary School Teacher (Years 3, 4 & 5)
Contract Type: Temporary
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and structured learning environment
- Support and inspire pupils, including those with additional and complex needs
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning abilities
- Work collaboratively with staff, support workers, and parents to ensure pupil progress
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience working with children displaying challenging behaviour
- Strong classroom management skills and a calm, consistent approach
- Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
Desirable:
- Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and interventions
- Experience in upper Key Stage 2 settings
