Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary school students across various year groups
- Follow the school's curriculum guidelines while applying creative teaching methods to enhance learning
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall mission of the school
- Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting
- Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
- Patient, adaptable, and able to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
