Job Description

We are currently seeking a primary supply teacher to join our team in Stockport. The role will involve working on a day-to-day supply basis or taking on long-term placements across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work full days or half days (8.15-4 or 8.12-12.30/12.30-4) and should expect to visit multiple primary schools within a week.

Salary: 130- 220 per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching to primary-aged students
  • Deliver engaging lessons for a range of abilities
  • Manage the behaviour of pupils in line with the school's policies
  • Work collaboratively with other staff to support the learning and development of pupils

Qualifications and Experience:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
