An outstanding Primary School in Epping Forest, Essex are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and passionate Primary School LSA to join their team starting January 2025 on a long term contract up until July 2025. This 2-Form entry school are well-run across all year groups with an amazing teaching staff and leadership team supporting the collective.

As a Primary School LSA you will be responsible for:

  • Involvement in delivering the national curriculum across all Primary School year groups, supporting and aiding the learning of students that require support with additional needs
  • Building and fostering relationships to create a fun, friendly and fascinating learning experience within the classroom.
  • Directly working with SEN and the additional needs of individuals or small groups, managing challenging behaviour and resolving learning difficulties to the best of your ability.
  • Assisting the teacher in maintaining sufficient learning across the classroom working directly with small groups and individuals needing support.

Long term roles are a valuable way for graduates and current Primary School LSAs to build on or add to current experience levels. Gaining knowledge on the national curriculum and adding to your education and training knowledge would be of massive benefit progressing in your career.
