Team Educate are seeking for a part time caretaker who is proactive and has a passion for their work. The successful candidate will be in charge of maintaining and improving the premises of a local Blackwood Primary School.
Duties - Perform general caretaking duties to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility - Clean and sanitize common areas, including restrooms, hallways, and offices - Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements: - Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks - Excellent time management skills to prioritize duties effectively - Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members - Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed - DBS check on the update service, if not obtained we can help provide this.
