Personal Development Coach

Full Time, Fixed Term Contract until December 2024

Starting January 2024

The Role

An East Riding College are seeking to appoint a Personal Development Coach from January 2024. The role of Personal Development Coach is unique in the Education sector and provides an excisting and varied challenge for the successful candidate. The successful PDC will be responsible for planning and leading whole class tutorial PSHD sessions for 12 hours per week, the rest of the role will consist of providing small group and 1-1 pastoral pupils to college learners. You will be responisble for setting SMART targets and ensuring learners are completing work from thier course as well as providing support with any key issues they are facing. The successful candidate will expereiince in supporting young people in small groups and on a 1-1 basis. Although Qualified Teacher Status isn't necassary for this post, the successful candidate should also have experience of leading full groups of learners.
