As the Onboarding and Compliance Officer you will be the first point of contact for onboarding and compliance checks for all new starters and existing staff members. You will work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure that all compliance records are correctly maintained and meeting OFSTED and industry regulations. You will be responsible for identifying gaps within compliance records and creating suitable action plans in order to resolve these gaps. You will be responsible for maintaining training records on a daily basis and allocating the relevant training as required.
