Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to lead our clients diverse portfolio of funded programs, including the Adult Education Budget, Multiply, Bootcamps, and Vocational Learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the operations team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Program Management: Oversee the successful delivery of various funding streams, including the Adult Education Budget, Multiply, Bootcamps, and Vocational Learning programs.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including funding bodies, partners, and regulatory agencies.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all programs meet compliance requirements and maintain the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize program outcomes and ensure sustainability.

  • Program Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience managing funded programs, particularly the Adult Education Budget, Multiply, Bootcamps, and Vocational Learning.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
