We're seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming primary school in Manchester. If you're empathetic, dedicated, and passionate about providing tailored emotional support to pupils, this role is for you! Your Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital part in supporting a pupil with SEND through one-to-one assistance. Your role involves ensuring their safety, well-being, and academic progress while collaborating with a dedicated school team to foster a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting lesson delivery and classroom management alongside the teacher

  • Collaborating with staff to share resources, advice, and best practices


About You:

To excel in this role, you'll bring:

  • A proven track record in KS1/KS2 education, with excellent references
  • A detailed CV covering full employment history (explaining any gaps)
  • The legal right to work in the UK
  • A commitment to undergo an enhanced DBS check
