Compliance and Data Coordinator- Apprenticeships Sector
Warrington
Salary up to £35,000 DOE
Full time position Monday-Friday

Pertemps are delighted to be working with a reputable training provider going through a period of growth. As a result of this, we now have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Compliance and Data Coordinator to join the team.

Duties of the Compliance Coordinator
  • Being responsible for the management information function, ensuring compliance and learner records are kept up to date
  • Oversee the accuracy and training of the business support team across various funding streams including Apprenticeships.
  • Provide detailed Management information on the performance of contracts to the senior team regularly.
  • Liaise with external providers or subcontractors as and when required.
  • Manage and oversee independent audits of data and compliance and ensure remedial action is implemented where required.
  • Lead on producing OFSTED reports and information for the department.
  • To collate and provide accurate information for bids and tenders on demand.
  • Run the draft funding claim and correct errors in time for the final submission each month.
  • Review the PDSAT and FRM reports and identify errors, potential risks, and discrepancies
  • Carry out reconciliation monthly between PICS and ESFA reports.

Skills and Experience Required for the Compliance Officer
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current funding rules and Audit partners such as ESFA, Ofsted
  • Work-Based Learning Sector knowledge is essential
  • Advanced skills of using MI Systems and Reporting Applications including PICS
  • Experience in using and interrogating ESFA PDSAT and FRM reports
  • Excellent Analytical skills
