Marketing and Events Executive – Permanent Contract

Full Time - 37 hours per week

Working from Wythenshawe office 2 to 3 times per week and then the rest home based if prefer

We are looking to recruit a Marketing and Events Executive to support the Group Marketing team in the implementation and delivery of the operational marketing plans

Due to the nature of the business, you will be required to have a flexible and adaptable approach.

This role allows the flexibility to work remotely as well as from the office location, also from time to time you will also be required to attend events in various locations nationwide.  

We will provide you with all the equipment you need, and we have great support teams on hand to enable you to work remotely.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • To support the Marketing Manager in the development of innovative marketing activities
  • ensuring that the reputation and image of the company is recognised widely in all target markets
  • Provide an efficient and effective marketing service in support of commercial targets, promoting the company brand to key target audiences
  • Delivery of marketing activity and collateral on time and against budget
  • Enforcement of the group brand & image
  • Working with the Marketing Managers to co-ordinate marketing activity in line with strategic plans and critical business needs
  • Assist with the generation of new business / market opportunities and maximising current opportunities
  • Align marketing activity with the wider Group marketing plan
  • Under the direction of the Events & Projects Manager develop and produce appropriate marketing materials / campaigns / copy for the promotion of the activities to the full range of stakeholders / audiences.
  • Work with external agencies to plan mixed media campaigns to meet recruitment targets
  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, and newsletters
  • Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups including undertaking one to one evaluations with learners

 

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in a marketing role
  •  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in a marketing or related subject
