Apprenticeships Trainer / Skills Coach

We're excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our team as an Apprenticeships Trainer, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our learners.
Responsibilities
As a LGV / Logistics Apprenticeships Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our learners, primarily online but with occasional travel to sites. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging and interactive lessons to learners, ensuring they receive an outstanding level of service
- Managing your own caseload, ensuring progress reviews are completed on time and learners meet funding timelines
- Developing assessments to accurately measure learners' performance and understanding, and providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining all relevant course documentation and learners' records to meet organisational quality standards
- Supporting the IQA to complete their activities, responding promptly to any activities relating to EQA actions or requests for information
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Recognised Assessor qualification
- Experience of working in the Logistics sector
- Preferably has a HGV licence
- English and maths at level 2
- Teaching or training experience of apprenticeships
- Experience of following schemes of work and creating bespoke training programmes for learners
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employers and learners
- Excellent IT skills, with confidence in delivering online classroom lessons
- A full UK driving licence
