Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Tameside
Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in the Tameside area who are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work across KS1 and KS2.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA who is adaptable, confident across year groups, and passionate about supporting pupils' learning and development.
The Role:
Providing classroom support across KS1 and KS2
Working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required
Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Assisting with interventions to help pupils make progress
Offering both academic and pastoral support to pupils
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Previous experience working across KS1 and KS2
A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A genuine passion for education and supporting children to succeed
