Aspire People are recruiting a confident and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across a welcoming primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and looking to play a key role in supporting pupil progress.
The Role:
Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons
Leading small group interventions in Maths, English, and phonics
Providing targeted support to pupils of varying abilities
Assisting with planning and preparation of classroom activities
Supporting behaviour management and maintaining a positive learning environment
Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Has recent experience working within a UK primary school
Strong curriculum knowledge across KS1 or KS2
Confident leading small group sessions independently
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proactive, reliable, and adaptable
