Aspire People are looking for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner primary schools.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified TA who enjoys working closely with pupils, delivering interventions, and helping teachers provide high-quality learning experiences.
The Role:
Providing 1:1 and small-group classroom support
Delivering Reading, Phonics, English and Maths interventions
Supporting pupils with SEND where required
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and resources
Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff
Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
The Ideal Candidate:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Recent experience working within a UK primary school
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
Experience delivering interventions
Confident supporting pupils with different abilities and needs
Patient, reliable, and proactive approach
