Level 2 Teaching Assistant - General Classroom Support

Aspire People are recruiting a reliable and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming primary school. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across the classroom and supporting pupils of all abilities.

You will work closely with the class teacher to support learning, assist with classroom organisation, and help pupils stay engaged and on track throughout the school day.

The Role:
Supporting teaching and learning across the whole classroom
Working with small groups and occasionally providing 1:1 support where needed
Assisting with literacy and numeracy interventions
Helping to manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Supporting pupils with different learning abilities, including those with mild SEND
Preparing classroom resources and assisting with day-to-day tasks

The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or similar)
Experience working in a primary school setting
A proactive and flexible approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning
