Experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Primary School

Aspire People are currently recruiting an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning within a primary school.
We're looking for someone who has worked within a UK primary school during the last two years , has a strong understanding of the National Curriculum, and is confident delivering interventions that positively impact pupil progress.
The Role:
Supporting whole-class teaching across the primary phase
Delivering Reading, Phonics, Maths, and English interventions
Providing 1:1 and small-group support
Supporting pupils of varying abilities, including SEND where required
Assisting with classroom preparation and assessment activities
The Ideal Candidate:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Recent UK primary school experience within the last 2 years
Strong curriculum knowledge
Experience delivering intervention work
Excellent communication and organisational skills
