Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of primary and secondary schools across Wellingborough.
Whether you're looking for the flexibility of ad-hoc supply work, short-term assignments, or a long-term role with the potential to become permanent, we have opportunities to suit your needs and availability.
The Role:
Supporting pupils across a range of age groups and abilities
Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences
Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
Assisting with classroom management and pupil wellbeing
Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Has previous experience working in a school setting
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is adaptable, reliable, and passionate about supporting children's education
Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one)
