Salary: £29,820 - £36,749

Contract: Permanent

Location: Sheffield

Hours: 37 Hours X 52 Weeks

As a Main Grade Lecturer in our dynamic and rewarding team, you’ll play a key part in developing the skills of our young people to help them progress to their next steps.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Planning, delivery and assessment of a personal, Social development curriculum , including Prince’s Trust Achieve qualification
  • Developing personalised and innovative lessons to break down barriers to learning and support learner success
  • Use a Quality Teaching First approach to ensure an inclusive environment for all of our young people
  • Support curriculum development and IQA processes and tracking of wider key skill development
  • Support the development of an enriched curriculum that includes employability
