Our client is a leading training provider that delivers high-quality apprenticeship training programs to a range of businesses across a variety of industries. They are currently seeking a Lean Manufacturing L2 Apprenticeship Assessor and Teacher to join their team and deliver outstanding training to apprentices.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to apprentices in line with awarding body and internal quality requirements
- Deliver high-quality training to apprentices in the classroom and in the workplace, ensuring that they meet their learning objectives and progress towards their qualification
- Build strong relationships with employers and apprentices to provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their apprenticeship journey
- Monitor the progress of apprentices and ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the relevant apprenticeship standards, qualifications, and assessment requirements
Requirements:
- Relevant industry experience in Lean Manufacturing at supervisory or management level
- Hold a relevant qualification in Lean Manufacturing at Level 4 or above
- Hold a recognised Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1) or be willing to work towards
- Hold a Teaching qualification (e.g PTLLS) or be willing to work towards
- Have experience of delivering and assessing Lean Manufacturing L2 apprenticeships or in-house Lean skills training.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively
- Full driving license and access to a car
