Leadership and Management Coach

Remote Based - Multiple Roles Available

Starting Salary - £35k 

INTRO

Are you ready to inspire and develop the next generation of leaders? V Selective Recruitment are recruiting Leadership and Management Coaches on behalf of a fast growing 'Good' rated Training Provider who work with some major UK brands! 

  • These are Remote based opportunities - so candidates can be based anywhere in the UK.
  • These roles will involve taking on a caseload of Apprentices, mainly on the Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5, Women in Leadership and Team Leading .
  • This role focuses on the coaching and support of Apprentices - You will plan, prepare, train and assess learner competence and improve skills, knowledge and behaviours relating to learning outcomes.
  • Providing Function Skills Support is part of the role, along with some training / workshop delivery. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for the following criteria:

  • An Assessor qualification is essential (e.g. D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA) 
  • Significant occupational experience in Management is required.
  • A Verification or quality assurance qualification is desirable, but not required.
  • A Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification is desirable.
  • A teaching quaalification is desirable.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Programme inductions
  • Providing coaching and support to learners throughout their program up to End-Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Identify individual support needs.
  • Setting and reviewing SMART targets.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to all apprentices.
  • Conduct regular assessment of learner’s knowledge, skills and behaviour.
  • Provide meaningful and stretching feedback to learners.
  • Ensure learners have successfully completed their learning in line with their anticipated completion dates.
  • Carry out progress reviews.
  • Provide learner progress updates in line with agreed caseload and performance review cycles.
  • Deliver and achieve learner’s functional skills within the first 7 months on programme.
  • Act on quality and compliance feedback.
  • Work in partnership with allocated trainers to deliver a seamless customer journey focused on achieving learner outcomes.
  • Plan visits effectively with learners to ensure a thorough understanding of their qualifications, progress and what will be covered at each visit.
