Responsibilities of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant: Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, catering to individual learning needs. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Assist in the development and implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) Support classroom management and behaviour strategies. Contribute to the overall well-being and pastoral care of students. Requirements of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Experience working in a secondary school settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
