KS2 Teaching Assistant
Location: Battersea, South London
Salary: 80- 100 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP Full-time, Term-time only

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Battersea. You'll be part of a supportive team, helping children thrive academically and emotionally as they progress through their education.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities to Key Stage 2 students.
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support, especially in core subjects like literacy and numeracy.
  • Assisting with planning and preparing learning activities and classroom resources.
  • Helping maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment that promotes effective learning.
  • Working with the SENCo and other staff to support children with specific learning needs.

  • Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within Key Stage 2.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and helping them achieve their best.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
