KS2 High Level Teaching Assistant - Full-Time

A welcoming primary school in Salisbury is seeking a skilled and confident High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support pupils in Key Stage 2. This full-time role begins on 3rd November 2025 and offers the opportunity to take on a dynamic support role, including leading learning activities and covering lessons when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead small group and whole-class learning activities across KS2.
- Support pupils with academic progress, behaviour, and engagement.
- Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver targeted interventions.
- Cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher, as needed.
Requirements:
- HLTA status or equivalent experience in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
- Confident in leading learning and managing classroom behaviour.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Available to start on 3rd November and work full-time.
