A friendly and well-established primary school in Chelsea is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join its supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is keen to support learning in a positive and structured classroom environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils across the curriculum, contributing to both academic progress and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils in the classroom, working with individuals and small groups

Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation

Help maintain a positive, calm, and inclusive learning environment

Support pupils with their engagement, confidence, and independence

Supervise pupils during activities, transitions, and playtimes where required

Follow school policies, including safeguarding and behaviour procedures
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)

A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude

Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
A genuine interest in education and child development
-
Experience supporting SEN pupils is beneficial but not essential
