Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM during term time.

Pay:

Teaching Assistant (TA) specializing in Key Stage 2 interventions: £85-£100 per day.

Role Overview:

This illustrious Colindale primary school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) with a specialized focus on interventions for Key Stage 2 students. Responsibilities:

• Implementing targeted interventions to support Key Stage 2 students in their academic and personal development.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to assess student progress and tailor interventions to individual needs.

• Monitoring and recording student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with experience in conducting interventions.
• A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of students.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• An initiative-taking and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
