We are recruiting for one of the sectors largest Charitable Organisations, who support some of society's most vulnerable participants back into sustainable employment. Our client is currently working with Care Leavers and supporting them into their first jobs. Your role will be to engage with local and regional businesses to generate vacancies and opportunities for these young people.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Job Broker, you will be responsible to:
*Engage with local and regional businesses to generate vacancies and opportunities for young participants
*Match the participants to available vacancies according to their job goals and skill set
*Regularly communicate with employers to check and follow up on new vacancies and prospect new opportunities
*Ensure to update the participants on their progress and inform them of matched vacancies regularly
*Maintain the employers’ records and contacts and set a time for sharing information with the team to make sure that all opportunities to engage further with the employers are acted upon
*Build positive and effective relationships with employers, teammates, and participants to have consistent and secure work/programme results
*Ensure to achieve daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Experience and Skills:
As a Job Broker, you will need the following to be successful:
*A level 4 NVQ in Customer Service or Sales and Marketing or equivalent
*Experience in employability and skills sector and delivering to quality standards, specified targets, and compliance measures
*A strong record of success in handling young participants in the programme and maintaining relationships with employers and colleagues
*Ability to identify the participants’ strengths, goals, and skill set to find the correct job match, vacancies, and opportunities for them
*Knowledge in sales, recruitment, Employment law, Equality, and Diversity, etc
*Motivational, engaging to foster a working relationship with participants, stakeholders, and colleagues
*Organized and has the ability to hit daily KPIs
