S Knights Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a qualified IQA in Hospitality, this is for a well-established training provider that supports thousands of learners nationally to gain skills and qualifications. The ideal candidate would have great experience within the sector and have been in the same role or similar previously. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role based in Wales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an IQA in Hospitality, you will be responsible to:

*Conduct activities such as quality assurance of qualifications using various and effective methods
*Help and assist the Regional Trainer with Teaching and Learning and also with assessments using Teams, Skype, or face to face
*Observe their teaching and learning sessions and check the learners’ portfolio to ensure that it is based on SDS and Estyn
*Maintain records in all Quality Assurance activities to achieve consistent outcomes in all audits
*Build strong relationships with managers, team leaders, and other employees to have a smooth delivery/outcome and achieve the objectives and goals

Experience and Skills: 

As an IQA in Hospitality, you will need the following to be successful:

*Assessing qualifications such as CAVA or equivalent
*Qualification in Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) or equivalent
*A level 4 Occupational Qualifications
*GSCEs in Maths and English or equivalent
*Experience within IQA positions/ related roles and WBL environment
*Strong communication skills
