Introduction:
We are proud to be recruiting for an IQA in ESOL on a full-time, permanent, remote basis. Our client are an award-winning training provider offering a wide range of life-enhancing services to clients and customers, supporting with skills into employment or upskill existing skills, knowledge, and behaviours. They are looking for a qualified and experienced internal quality assurer primarily ESOL accredited qualifications and identifying improvement's within the delivery across the government-funded contracts. 

The IQA in ESOL will be responsible for the following:

*Internally quality assure ESOL qualifications within the scope of area of responsibility
*Monitor and evaluate IQA and assessment processes, conducting varied assessment strategies
*Provide a team of up to 10 trainers/assessors with feedback and IAG ensuring standardisation and best practice in assessment 
*Assist the lead IQA with preparing samples plans for internal verification
*Follow Ofsted guild lines
*Maintain accurate tracking reports and participate in course evaluation

The IQA in ESOL will require the following skills and experience:
*IQA qualifications such as D43, V1, and IQA
*Assessing qualifications such as A1, CAVA, TAQA, D32/D33, or equivalent 
*Minimum 1-year experience in IQA roles
*Occupational competence in ESOL delivery
