Intro: 
S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for one of the UK's largest providers that specialise in the delivery of a range of vocations. This will be a full-time, permanent position on a remote basis around the areas of Berkshire/Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate for this role would have experience within Clinical Care and have been in a similar IQA role previously. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an IQA in Clinical Care, you will be responsible to:

*Deliver training based on the boarding plan and assess the qualifications of the Coaches
*Plan engaging activities for the Coaches and ensure to observe them during training, program teaching, and assessment throughout their journey
*Provide mock assessments and give appropriate coaching to help the Coaches in progressing the learners in a timely manner
*Conduct an English listening and speaking activity in accordance with the sampling strategy and qualifications
*Maintain records of all activities conducted in line with the requirement and quality strategy and as wells as securing the Coaches’ single central record

Experience and Skills: 

As an IQA in Clinical Care, you will need the following to be successful:

*Qualification in Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) or equivalent
*Assessing qualifications such as CAVA or equivalent
*A level 5 Teaching Qualification
*A level 2 Functional Skills in ICT, Maths, English, or equivalent
*Experience within Clinical Care and related IQA role
*Strong communication skills
