Unique School Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a Primary School in the S2 area of Sheffield to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work in their brand new Integrated Resource Unit as soon as possible. The school is a successful school providing a happy and secure environment that encourages learning through a creative curriculum.
The successful Teaching Assistant will work in their brand new IR (Integrated Resource) that opened their doors in September for the first time to children with Speech & Language difficulties and those with communication difficulties such as Autism.
Essential criteria for the role:
- Primary School experience / knowledge
- SEND experience and passion
- Relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent / experience
The IR will be run by a team of specialist Teaching & Support Staff and will follow an adapted curriculum to suit the needs of the children and their EHCP within the provision.
