About the role higher level teaching assistant

I am currently working with this mixed Secondary school who are looking for an experienced higher level teaching assistant to run intervention groups for students aged 11 to 16 with their studies alongside the Science and SEN department. The successful higher level teaching assistant will be responsible of prepping students undertaking their GCSE s to insure they get their predicted grades. The ideal candidate will have a relevant Science qualification or higher level teaching assistant Qualification with experience working in either a mainstream setting or with SEND students.

This oversubscribed mainstream secondary school based in Newham cater to students between the ages 11 and 16, with a SLCN and ASD unit in place to support students with SEN needs.
