Cover Supervisor / HLTA
A mainstream primary school in LE1 are looking for a member of staff to work 5 days a week as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. The successful applicants job role will include:
Working across year groups
Be capable of leading a class
Be confident to lead when the teacher is absent
Be flexible and proactive
Requirements:
Confident in leading a class
Experience covering a class is essential
HLTA qualification (preferred not necessary)
Comfortable working in Year 5
