Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Aspire People are looking for an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a primary school environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking responsibility for learning and supporting pupils across Key Stage 2.
The Role
Support teaching and learning across KS2
Lead lessons and activities when required
Deliver interventions to individuals and small groups
Support pupils with their academic and personal development
Work alongside class teachers and support staff
Help maintain high standards of behaviour and learning
Contribute to the wider school community
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
Confidence working with groups of pupils
Excellent communication skills
A positive and adaptable approach
A passion for supporting children's education
