About the Role:
A thriving and inclusive primary school in Harborne is seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teaching and learning throughout the next academic year.
You'll work closely with teachers to provide targeted academic and behavioural support, delivering high-quality assistance that helps children thrive.
Key Responsibilities as a higher level teaching assistant:
Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Supporting learning through small group interventions and one-to-one sessions
Contributing to lesson planning and classroom organisation
What We're Looking For:
Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or comparable classroom-based experience
Ability to lead learning confidently across various year groups
Passion for supporting children's academic and personal development
