Exciting Opportunity: Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer

Role Overview:
As a Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer, you will:
- Deliver comprehensive training up to the Level 5 Leader in Adult Care, shaping the future leaders of the healthcare industry.
- Manage a caseload of at least 45 learners, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills.
- Enjoy a blend of remote work and face-to-face engagement during progress reviews and personalised tutoring sessions in your designated region across the East and West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide learners towards achieving their apprenticeships or qualifications, including Diplomas, through to Gateway and successful End Point Assessment.
- Regularly assess learner work and provide constructive feedback, with a focus on spelling, punctuation, and grammar, while updating the E-Portfolio system (Aptem).
- Identify and support learners with additional needs, utilising the neurodiversity platform Cognassist.
- Promote and continually monitor safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, Health, Safety, Wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout all aspects of the role.
Experience and Skills:
- Hold a teaching or assessing qualification such as AET, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS, or equivalent.
- Have occupational experience as a manager in the health and social care industry.
- Possess a relevant qualification up to Level 5 in health and social care.
- Have experience delivering apprenticeships.
- Exhibit excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a high caseload.
