Job Summary:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary, you will be responsible to provide crucial academic support under the supervision of subject teachers, facilitating learning and personal development in students. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant Secondary, Your Role:
- Collaborate with teachers in preparing and delivering dynamic lessons.
- Provide personalized support to students, nurturing academic excellence and helping them to overcome learning challenges.
- Aid in classroom management and help students during lesson to understand contents and complete assignments.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging student participation.
- Work alongside educators to develop creative teaching strategies and resources.
- Participate in school events and activities, fostering a love for learning.
Essential Requirements for Graduate Teaching Assistant Secondary:
- A recent Graduate in education or a related field and a strong interest in pursuing a career in education.
- Proven experience working with secondary school-aged children, either through placements, volunteering, or previous employment.
- Demonstrate a proactive, energetic, and caring approach to work with secondary level students.
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated, leading by example and encouraging students to achieve their academic goals.
- Ability to work well under the guidance of a lead teacher.
