We have a fantastic new opportunity for any Tutors and Trainers that can deliver Digital Skills and Digital Marketing at Level 3 on a freelance basis. Our client is looking for a qualified, motivated and enthusiastic individual to support them on their new project delivering bootcamps. Our client are an award winning training provider operating nationally supporting in a vast array of training programmes in Employability and Apprenticeships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Train, Assess, and Support: Deliver and assess Bootcamps in Digital Skills and Digital Marketing at Level 3. Motivate and mentor learners to develop personal and social skills, preparing them for work, progression, and life.
- Tailored Learning: Conduct initial and diagnostic assessments for each learner and develop tailored action plans with SMART targets.
- Engagement and Progression: Undertake regular reviews with learners to ensure they remain engaged and are progressing well relative to their starting point.
- Innovative Lesson Planning: Plan and deliver effective, innovative, and differentiated lessons, ensuring that learner support is continuously assessed, reviewed, and evaluated throughout their journey.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhere to statutory responsibilities, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Prevent policies. Maintain high standards of quality and compliance, ensuring all contractual paperwork is accurately completed.
- Teaching Excellence: Deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment, ensuring that all elements of the qualification are completed, enabling learners to achieve their goals.
- Record Maintenance: Accurately maintain both hard copy and electronic learner records, ensuring all evidence is readily available for audit and quality purposes.
- Professional Development: Engage in CPD, including formal training, networking, and self-reflection, to continuously improve practice.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Respond to learner and stakeholder feedback, contributing to continuous quality improvement within the organization.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in standardization and team meetings, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Experience and Skills:
- Assessing Qualifications: Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement or equivalent.
- Quality Assurance: Level 4 Award in the Quality Assurance of Assessment Process and Practice or equivalent.
- Teaching Qualification: PTLLS (or equivalent) or above; ideally CTTLS.
- IT/Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience in IT delivery and a Level 3 IT/Digital Marketing qualification.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong PC skills, including proficiency in databases, word processing, PowerPoint, email, internet, and Skype.
- Core Skills: English and Maths to at least Functional Skills Level 2.
- Teaching and Assessment Experience: Proven experience in work-based or classroom-based learning, teaching, and assessment.
- Quality Assurance Knowledge: Experience in internal quality assurance and familiarity with awarding body requirements.
- Employability Programmes: Proven track record of delivering funded employability programs, including both accredited and non-accredited qualifications.
- Complex Barriers: Experience working with individuals facing complex barriers to progression.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and learners.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and organize your caseload and diary with minimal supervision.
- Achievement-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed retention and achievement targets for qualifications and progression.
- Growth Management: Capability to grow and maintain candidate numbers in line with budgets and delivery profiles.
