The Education Specialists are recruiting for a passionate EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to work within a vibrant primary school located in the M28 area. This role is perfect for an experienced TA who is looking to make a real difference in supporting young learners during their critical early development stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Assist with planning, preparing, and delivering tailored learning interventions for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Provide one-on-one support and small group activities to promote the educational and social development of pupils.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for all children.
- Help with the monitoring and assessing of pupil progress in line with EYFS standards.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting is essential.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A current, enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to undergo one.
