Intro:
S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a well-established Training Provider. This provider is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable End Point Assessor in Customer Service. The ideal candidate for this role would be experienced in EPA and have the relevant qualifications. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid-based role that may occasionally require traveling to see learners in the regions of Oxford, Reading, and Basingstoke. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an EPA in Customer Service, you will be responsible to:

*Working alongside a team, arrange meetings with apprentices and EPAs to plan end point assessments
using skills and vocational knowledge determine learners' overall grade
*Make critical decisions and report documents
*Complete all administration tasks
*Participate in standardization training and maintain continuous professional development

Experience and Skills: 

As an EPA in Customer Service, you will need the following to be successful:

*An assessors/Verifiers award or equivalent
*Experience as an EPA is essential
*Experience in assessing or vocational experience in customer service
*Maintained record evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
*Strong understanding and knowledge of apprenticeship standards and criteria
*Knowledge of IT systems
