Enrolment Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Enrolment Officer to join our client’s team. You will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient enrolment of learners across various contracts, including Multiply and Bootcamps. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organizational skills and a passion for supporting learners in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the enrolment process for learners on DPS 7, Multiply, and Bootcamps contracts.
• Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Liaise with learners, tutors, and administrative teams to confirm enrolment details and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Provide ongoing support and advice to learners regarding their enrolment status and address any queries they may have.
• Maintain accurate records of enrolment data, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Contribute to the improvement of enrolment processes and procedures where necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of the contracts.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in an enrolment, administrative, or educational support role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with learners, colleagues, and external partners.
• Knowledge or experience with DPS 7, Multiply, or Bootcamps contracts is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learner management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.
