We are recruiting for a fantastic new opportunity for experienced Employer Engagement officers, Business Development Manager / Executives with a background in the Employability and Skills sector. This is an Employer Relationship Manager position based in Bradford on a full time permanent basis. Our client are looking for an individual to support learners into employment after completing an AEB course with the organisation and reaching out to external stakeholders to generate new vacancies for the learners. They have been successful in providing people with further education and employment, having been established for over 2 decades operating nationwide with a number of contracts won. 

The roles and responsibilities of an Employer Relationship Manager are the following:
*Generating new leads by cold calling, networking in career fairs, approaching referral partners to arrange meetings, etc
*Manage a caseload of learners who have successfully completed their AEB course and support into employment that suits their skills
*Report any new leads to line managers
*Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure there are a range of vacancies available for your learners
*Provide learners with interview techniques or CV writing skills to enable them to sustain employment in a role you are directing them to
*Completion of admin tasks such as ensuring CRM systems are up to date, scheduling meetings, actioning emails, etc

The Employer Relationship Manager will require the following experience and skills:
*Knowledge of the Employability and skills sector and experience working in the sector
*Understanding of the AEB funding and work-based learning funding (Apprenticeships)
*Experience working in roles with KPIs/targets such as Employer Engagement, Business Development, Recruitment, or Sales
*Experience building meaningful relationships in the sector to ensure repeat business 
*Experience working with unemployed participants and supporting with employability skills
