Responsibilities

1. Engagement

  • Collaborate with local teams to identify new opportunities and tap into existing ones.
  • Utilize robust employer data to target prospective local and regional employers.
  • Generate business leads through various channels: telephone contact, face-to-face meetings, and impactful presentations.

2. Account Management

  • Cultivate positive relationships with employers, exceeding their expectations.
  • Increase the number of employers choosing Twin Group for workforce recruitment.
  • Stay informed about labor market changes and trends, providing valuable intelligence to operational teams.

3. Opportunity Generation

  • Swiftly communicate information on vacancies to operational teams.
  • Adhere to specified processes while ensuring employers have access to relevant opportunities.
