Location: Primary School in Brent
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Start Date: January 2026
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Brent is seeking a motivated and caring Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from January 2026.

About the Role:
As an Early Years TA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children at a crucial stage of their learning journey. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment that encourages exploration, learning, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering fun, age-appropriate lessons and activities
Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to help children achieve developmental and academic milestones
Foster a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, confidence, and positive relationships
Support children's physical, social, and emotional development in line with the EYFS framework
Work collaboratively with colleagues to monitor progress and respond to individual learning needs

What We're Looking For:
One of the following qualifications:
- CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- OR a 2:1 or higher degree in Education Studies or Early Years Education
A genuine passion for early childhood education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A caring, proactive, and adaptable approach
Previous EYFS or primary school experience is beneficial but not essential
