The Role:
- Earn 75- 80 a day.
- Full time/Part time flexibility.
- 'Good' Ofsted rated Secondary school.
- 1:1 and 1:2 support for students.
- Long term and short term contracts available.
- Full time (Monday to Friday).
- Able to work in Thatcham, Berkshire

- EAL Teaching Assistant
- 1 year contract
The Candidate:
- Minimum of level 3 or degree required.
- Must be enthusiastic about providing emotional and mental support to students.
- Must have excellent behaviour management skills.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Key Stage 3 and 4 experience is desirable, but not necessary for this role.
- Experience in supporting students with EAL needs.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have the ability to adapt to the needs of a dynamic work day, the enthusiasm to engage struggling students who need EAL needs, and will be either degree educated or have a level 3 teaching assistant qualification.
Successful applicants who are aspiring teachers have the option of supported teacher training through schools direct provided they demonstrate value.
