Salary: £59,459 - £65,313 per annum (subject to 6.5% pay award)

We are looking for an inspirational individual to join our team as the Director of Quality to drive excellence across all aspects of our college curriculum. You will have experience of promoting and implementing a total quality management strategy as well as a forward-thinking approach to driving improvements in post-16 education.
As our new Director of Quality, you will play a key role in ensuring our college is always on an upward trajectory, consistently elevating standards, outcomes and the overall experience for our students.

NewVIc is a longstanding part of the Newham community. Situated on a single-site campus in Plaistow, it is one of the largest sixth form colleges in London. However, the college is not without its challenges. Together, we will need to refocus our efforts on the student experience and strengthening relationships with staff to help ensure a successful Ofsted inspection, which is due in the near future. Although our finances are very strong, this post has arisen as a result of a restructure and the need to change our culture.
