About the Role:
As the Deputy Headteacher, you'll play a pivotal role in the school's leadership team, working closely with the Headteacher to drive excellence across all aspects of school life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate school vision, policies, and objectives
- Cultivate positive school culture and uphold educational standards
- Drive high-quality teaching and curriculum development
- Support special educational needs and ensure inclusion
- Manage school operations and drive improvement strategies
- Facilitate staff professional development and partnerships
Note: The deputy headteacher will also be expected to fulfil the professional responsibilities of a headteacher.
