The Role
As a Secondary Cover Teacher, you will:

Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across your subject(s)

Maintain continuity of learning and a positive classroom environment

Support pupils academic progress and wellbeing during staff absences

Collaborate with department heads, Teaching Assistants, and other staff
-
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with SEND, EAL, or additional learning requirements

Contribute to the school s wider life and enrichment activities
About You
We are looking for a teacher who:

Is QTS-qualified and experienced in secondary education

Confident teaching your subject(s) across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience welcomed)

Flexible, adaptable, and able to step into new classes seamlessly

Dedicated to supporting students learning, behaviour, and wellbeing

Organised, proactive, and confident in managing classroom routines

A strong communicator and team player
