Are you confident, adaptable, and passionate about supporting students in the classroom? We are looking for Cover Supervisors to work on a flexible, ad-hoc basis in secondary schools across Southampton.
Role Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support students with their learning and ensure safety at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people (education or similar setting).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work across different schools.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
